⚠️ First time logging in?

If this is your first time on the Hub, visit the How to Apply page for information on how to login and apply for booth space. 

Important steps for First Time Login:
  • Ask your IT department to whitelist Events IdP <noreply@personifyauth.com>. Two-factor authentication codes and password reset emails will come from that address. 
  • Be sure to check spam/junk filters if authentication/reset email hasn't arrived within a few minutes. 

⚠️ 'Organization Not Found' Error?

If you are receiving an 'Organization Not Found' error and are unable to access the Exhibitor Dashboard (access to exhibit applications, invoice, Exhibitor Resource Center), you need to link your user profile to your company.

⚠️ Managing Multiple Exhibits?

If you are managing more than one exhibit booth for this event, you can link your user profile to each company you are working with.

What to do:

  • Visit Join Your Company and follow the instructions on the page for each company that you are working with. 

  • Once linked to all companies, click the Manage a Different Exhibit button in the top right corner of the Exhibitor Dashboard to toggle between booths.
